Cradled by the Luštica peninsula, The Chedi Luštica Bay is a haven of luxury committed to environmental responsibility. Recognizing the need for industry-wide collaboration, we launched Adriatic a green hub aimed at empowering tourism industry key players across the region to embrace sustainable practices.
The Green Hub arose from a desire to empower others. At The Chedi Luštica Bay, we faced challenges integrating sustainability into our daily operations. Sourcing eco-friendly suppliers, streamlining administration, and implementing effective waste management were hurdles we overcame. We're proud to be EarthCheck and Green Key certified, along with the numerous awards recognizing our sustainability leadership.
However, we recognized how much smoother our journey could have been with a dedicated resource for sustainable practices within Montenegro's hotel industry. A platform for knowledge sharing during moments of difficulty would have saved us valuable time and resources.
This is precisely why we're launching the Green Hub – to create a collaborative space where hotels in Montenegro can learn from each other and navigate the path to sustainable success together.
